XLF appears to have broken through the bull flag, and the target appears to be showing a double top. If an agreement is reached, a major breakup will occur on Monday.

In calls next week. I don’t trust anything that comes out of Trump’s mouth, but you have to follow the play. Not to mention, XLF was barely down when the market dropped last Friday, so that’s the safest long bet I can come up with.
