U.S. Representative Josh Gottheimer, a Democrat from New Jersey, just unveiled a flurry of new stock purchases, including four direct bets on the AI chip industry.
Members of Congress purchased Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMD), Micron Technology (NASDAQ: in), Analog Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ: Addy), and Fabrinite (NYSE: National Front), according to A Deposit With the Clerk of the US House of Representatives on June 3, 2026, and analyzed by Feinbold on June 4. The purchases were executed between May 1 and May 21, 2026, in accordance with the Stock Act.
Each of Gottheimer’s four AI chip purchases fell into the same category of between $1,001 and $15,000. Gottheimer’s purchases of AI chips are noteworthy given his seat on the House Financial Services Subcommittee that oversees AI.
All four companies are considered key suppliers to the AI boom. It is worth noting that Micro Devices builds the processors that train artificial intelligence models, and Micron manufactures the high-bandwidth memory on which those chips depend. Meanwhile, Analog Devices provides the power and signal chips that keep data centers running, while Fabrinet makes the optical components that connect AI servers.
Market performance of these four AI chips stocks
Since Gottheimer purchased Micron Technology earlier last month, MU stock has risen more than 59%, trading at $1,023.44 at press time. As such, the company’s market cap was around $1.2 trillion on Thursday.

Over the past 30 days, Advanced Micro Devices stock has risen more than 48%, trading at approximately $525.86 at press time. As a result, the company’s market capitalization rose to exceed $884.6 billion.

Over the same period, ADI stock has risen 6.13%, trading at $429 at press time. As a result, the market value of analog devices was approximately $213.2 billion.

Meanwhile, FN stock is up 9.5% over the past 30 days, trading at $723.04 at reporting time. The company’s market value is about $26 billion.

Gottheimer can bet on continued global demand for AI, as these four stocks are well-positioned to gain strength in the near term.
