Growth in Swiss manufacturing activity declined in June, with production and new orders also falling during the month. It should be noted that the latter fell significantly to 53.5 – down from 59.4 in May.
The only good news is that purchasing prices and delivery times for suppliers are showing a slower pace in May, but are still at very high levels. In addition, employment conditions have also worsened, which is another negative point in the report.
