How the world works inside Phantom
The world operates as a non-custodial protocol rather than a traditional exchange. It routes orders to liquidity providers on Solana and does not hold user funds or manage the markets itself. Traders hold their positions in their own wallets as tokens until they choose to cash out.
Settlement is done through Chainlink’s data streams and operating environment, which feeds prices and resolves outcomes with limited human involvement. Winning positions are automatically exchanged for CASH, Solana’s stablecoin.
