The personal, financial and health information of 53,888 people may have been exposed after bad actors hacked a healthcare company in Mississippi.

The investigation found that an unauthorized party accessed Singing River’s systems between December 19 and December 21, 2025. The company says it later learned on February 10, 2026 that files containing patient information had been accessed.
According to the Notice, information potentially disclosed may include names as well as one or more of the following: contact information, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, dates of birth, bank account information, health insurance information, names of providers, patient identification numbers, dates of service, medication information and therapeutic or diagnostic information.
In response to the incident, Singing River says it continues to evaluate and enhance its cybersecurity safeguards and provide additional security training to employees. The healthcare provider has also set up a dedicated call center to assist affected individuals.
