Symbiotic and Midas are building instant liquidity for tokenized assets

April 28, 2026 – Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Built on the Symbiotic Core and integrated into Midas’ open liquidity architecture, the partnership adds a capital-efficient RFQ settlement layer for token assets T+0 atomic settlement with no idle capital and no pre-funded inventory.

Most token assets remain functionally illiquid. Redemptions can take 60 to 180 days or longer, leaving capital frozen between settlement events.

The token has solved the access problem, but deep and widely trusted liquidity remains the open problem.

Symbiotic and Midas Today it announced its “Instant Liquidity” product range for token assets, built on Symbiotic Core v2.

Instant Symbolic Liquidity is an RFQ-based liquidity solution integrated as part of Midas’ open liquidity architecture.

It provides a highly capital efficient approach to RWA onchain redemptions Committed capital settles redemptions atomically without the need for pre-funded inventory or idle capital reserves, while maintaining full functionality.

This solution targets most Midas assets, including Fasanara’s mGLOBAL, which was recently launched on the Midas platform.

The model is clear and straightforward. The asset manager submits a redemption request, and Symbiotic’s registered market makers and coordinators respond with quotes through the RFQ onchain system.

The asset is priced, the best offer is executed, and settlement is completed in a single transaction. Market makers do not need to pre-fund the stock and earn the spread upon execution.

The system itself also handles lending market liquidations, through Redstone Settle, which has historically been a major drawback in tokenized asset-based DeFi systems.

This is made possible thanks to Symbiotic Core.

The upcoming v2 upgrade introduces capital facilities, allowing capital held in symbiotic vaults to remain actionable while deployed between settlement events.

Instead of remaining idle, they can be allocated to whitelisted DeFi protocols such as Morpho and Euler and automatically restored when obligations are triggered, enabling instant settlement without pre-funded liquidity.

Some other participating partners include Keyring and Term Finance.

Misha Putyatin, co-founder of Symbiotic, said:

“Liquidity is what turns an asset class into a market. The asset class space would have been growing into the trillions without it.

“Symbiotic essence changes that The committed capital now acts as a liquidity blanket, settling redemptions without remaining idle.

“This is what collateral market infrastructure was built for.”

Midas recently closed a $50 million Series A To build tokenized financial products at the institutional level.

MGLOBAL is Fasanara’s flagship fund, tokenized on Midas and the first live asset on Symbiotic Instant Liquidity.

This RFQ layer is integrated within Midas’ open liquidity architecture, and expands existing spot redemption capabilities through an integrated settlement path that is capital efficient and open to qualified market makers.

Dennis Dinkelmeyer, Co-Founder and CEO of Midas, said:

“The biggest point of friction for tokenized products has always been refunds. You can put a box on-chain, but if it still takes weeks to checkout, you haven’t really solved anything.

“Instant Symbiotic Liquidity, as part of Midas’ open liquidity architecture, changes that equation.

“Moreover, capital-backed redemptions are productive until the moment they are needed, and then stabilize atomically.”

Instant Liquidity is a product of Symbiotic’s side markets ecosystem. Cap Labs, which works in credit, and Nexus Mutual, which works in insurance, are already up and running.

Three different financial products, three different markets, and one common infrastructure.

Any source can integrate. Any market maker can participate.
