Met Éireann has issued a status yellow weather warning due to heavy rain in several counties.
There will be periods of heavy rain in Cork, Kerry and Waterford tomorrow (Friday 10 April), the national forecaster said.
The warning will come into effect from 9:00 am tomorrow morning and remain in effect for 12 hours.
Heavy rain will lead to a risk of localized flooding and difficult travel conditions in some places.

Met Éireann said in its latest agricultural comments weather Conditions are expected to become more volatile over the next seven days.
Rainfall totals are expected to be slightly above average across the country, with parts of the west and southwest receiving three times the climatological average for this time of year.
There will be fluctuations between mild and cold conditions, but overall temperatures will be around average for the week. Average soil temperatures will remain above average.
Met Éireann said light, medium-draining soils in the south and east were currently passable, but saturated elsewhere.
Many poorly drained soils are saturated or waterlogged, with soil moisture deficits in poorly drained soils here currently ranging between 1mm and 10mm.
With moderate amounts of rain expected this week, the soil is expected to improve slightly with moderately well-drained soils becoming passable.
Some poorly drained soils to the south and east may improve by the end of the week to become passable, while soils to the north and west will remain saturated or waterlogged.
