The round was led by Maximum Frequency Ventures with participation from GSR, Selini, Flowdesk and other angel investors. The team highlighted that this is a strategic seed round, where the build-up of the investor base is intentional, prioritizing strategic alignment. These investors targeted expertise in trading infrastructure, market making, institutional distribution, and more.

- The first is to focus on offering more competitive pricing by improving auction mechanisms and capital efficiency.
- The second aims to expand options-based return strategies beyond core assets to a broader range of on-chain holdings, including tokenized real-world assets.
- The third axis emphasizes operational efficiency, and seeks to distill complex strategies into an intuitive and objective user experience first, as participants determine the desired outcomes – return, hedging, or structured exposure – rather than navigating between basic tools directly.
The newly acquired capital is expected to support product development and the necessary operational foundation.
This announcement comes during a period of notable momentum in the DeFi options sector not seen since 2024. The volatility return of cryptocurrency assets using options strategies also appears to be growing steadily in institutional and retail interest in recent months. Optimized construction takes place at the intersection of two main narratives – on-chain yield and options.
