In this analysis, I charted the current market structure by following pure price action and liquidity concepts.
🔻 Developing a bearish structure
The price started a strong downward shift after the formation of the lower bottom (LL) and confirmation of the first breakout of the structure (BOS).
After the initial BOS, each rebound was monitored to determine:
Low high (LH) formation.
Valid rollback zones
Induction (IDM) before continuing
📍The collapse of the structure
The market continued to create:
✅ Lower Heights (LH)
✅ Lows (LL)
✅ Multiple bearish BOS confirmations
Each BOS confirmed that sellers are maintaining their control and that the market continues the flow of bearish orders.
🔎 IDM and withdrawal charts
Stimulus levels are set before major sustained moves.
Purpose of selecting IDM:
To locate liquidity that settles above/below secondary swing points
To understand where the price may fall before proceeding
To separate correct pullbacks from simple internal movements
Only those regressions that respected structural conditions were considered valid.
🔄 Note CHoCH
The potential Change of Character (CHoCH) zone was identified after the price established a large lower high (LH) and attempted to challenge the previous bearish structure.
However, until a strong structural confirmation occurs, the overall flow of orders remains bearish.
